hi , i am very sorry to be in this position of need , i have a very serious back injury , and over time it is gonna get worse ,i have 1 hope and it is the laser spine treatment center of america located in tampa ,florida , i am the father of a wonderful son who is 11 and a beatiful wife same age as me , i have been told there are no options except for the laser surgery , which will cost me 18,000 , there is no way i can get this kind of money as i have been hurt since 1998 and have pretty well tapped out all my resources , at the rate i am going in another 10 years i will probably be in a wheel chair with no control of bladder or bowels , i thought life was so easy when i was healthy ,i took it for granted shame on me !! now my family is suffering as they watch me every day , i do not want to beg people but i oh so much want to be able to live a some what normal life , as it is now i have nothing but fear of the future which is making my life and the lifes of my family misreable , they give me pain meds , but when i awake in the morning ,i make sure to get up before everyone as i do not want them to see me , as i am in tears every day as the pain is excruciating , ones the oxycontin kicks in the pain is bearable and i can lead a somewhat normal life , but i am getting worse faster and faster as time moves on , to make it short the laser pine institute is the only place that can offer me hope and i need 18,000 dollars to pay for half the procedure , medicare will cover the rest , but 18,000 might as well be a million , i just feel so bad for my family why must i put them through this , if i were alone i could take it better , as i cannot do things with a son the way a father should , he tries to understand but he really does not , if anyone has a way to help i would do anyhing , i do not want to lose my family along with my ability to function as a normal person , this is my last hope so please if someone out their has it in there heart to help , i will pay you back as much as i can otherwise i prey to god to make this all end , i hate to go to bed as getting up is slowly draining me of any hope day by day
